With a continuous running clock, do 1 pullups the first minute, 2 power cleans the second minute, 3 pullups the third minute, 4 power clean the fourth minunte, 5 pullups the fifth minute, 6 power clean the sixth minute.....continuing as long as you able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
